Digital Marketing Specialist
Status: Part-time, Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a part-time contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various digital marketing programs and strategies to drive engagement, leads, and conversions for our clients. This role is essential in helping our clients to reach more customers, maximize their online presence, and achieve their marketing goals in a measurable way.

Job responsibilities:
- Digital Advertising (Search & Social): Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels including Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts, and drive website traffic.
- Website CMS: Oversee content management for client websites to ensure consistency and alignment with brand strategies.
- eCRM: Ensure customer relationship management systems are effectively used to nurture and grow assigned online communities.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to measure and report on campaign performance, and to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field desired.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Must have experience with Google Ads, certification a plus.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, and social media management platforms, such as Hootsuite.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation / CRM systems, including Hubspot.
- Experience with simple design and collaboration in Canva.
- Strong analytical ability to draw insights from digital marketing metrics and drive performance improvements.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to complete assigned work on-time.
